Business Ethics and Sustainability | The future is made today

Together with ClimatePartner, we have reached a first milestone: Peerigon Peerigon has been offsetting its emissions since 2019! Office, mobility, hardware - even a digital company generates a lot. For us, this means continued awareness and taking responsibility. We will again prepare a corporate carbon footprint report for the following years and compensate our emissions. At the same time, we will continue to work on reducing our avoidable emissions.

nachhaltigkeit-unternehmenskultur

Sustainability & Social Responsibility | Foresight as part of the corporate culture

There is no single action to achieve sustainability. That's why we assume responsibility in all areas of our daily activities: socially and corporately, economically and ecologically, ethically and morally, analog and digital. This holistic approach is part of our company culture.

digitale-nachhaltigkeit

Digital Sustainability | Durable and reusable code.

For us, sustainability begins with programming. The more valuable the code and the more future-proof the software architecture, the longer the life of the solution. How do we achieve this? Quite simply: With the right open source ethos, open standards and a culture of participation that passes on gained knowledge instead of pure intake.

Diversity Management | What's fair? Our commitment to more equality

We believe that our differences are what makes a team great and drive us truly forward. Diversity and Inclusion have become the key to make our company successful. In order to constantly improve ourselves, a dedicated working group has covered topics related to diversity since 2018: from the application process to Peerigon language and events, we want to create a general awareness of the topic.

For us, fairness is more than just a word — it's many: Honesty and respect for people and society. Fair wages. Give and take. Sustainable use and protection of resources.

Company Report

At the end of the day, it's also about numbers. The Peerigon Company Report reveals for each year starting from 2018 how much CO₂ we emitted, how far we travelled and much more.

B Corp, Mental Health Training, six new faces – the year 2022 was just packed!

2021 we learned to do things a bit differently throughout the ongoing pandemic. Read up on what we have come up with!

A tough year for people and businesses around the world. We took time for trainings and staying fresh...

2019 was the first year we started offsetting our emissions. And we sweated a lot in 538 hours of sports. All while growing quite a bit.

From the archives:

In 2018 we bought (and drank) 50 kg of fair trade coffee, travelled almost 22,000 km by train...and much more.

Our Engagement

And what happens if we are not programming any software in the moment? Then we get involved in our community and start partnerships. Twice a year we donate a part of our revenue to selected projects and organizations.
