• You bring a broad technical foundation and many years of experience in software development & technical project management.

• You have deep expertise in tech topics like accessibility (a11y), SEO, UX, server scaling, and agile processes.
• You have already had budget and personnel responsibility and experience leading development discussions within your team.
• You take ownership of key accounts, maintain long-term client relationships, and make sure projects are delivered successfully.
• You are active in the code community and love sharing your knowledge with Peeris – through talks, workshops, or mentoring.

• You communicate clearly, openly, and confidently – both with colleagues and clients.

• Take ownership of technically and strategically challenging projects – from architecture design to successful delivery, including agile software development in a team with daily stand-ups, weeklies, sprint reviews ...
• Support and mentor your team members through regular feedback and coaching sessions, fostering both professional and personal growth.
• Represent Peerigon externally: as a conference speaker, workshop host, or technical consultant.
• Lead initiatives to improve our development processes, tooling, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to customer acquisition and long-term partnership building through your technical and interpersonal expertise.
• Help shape company-wide goals and ensure they’re effectively implemented across projects and teams.
• Act as a thought leader: identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and sustainability within Peerigon’s projects.
