• You have completed a technical education and gained initial experience in web development. For example through an internship, apprenticeship, or student job.
• You have already worked with HTML, CSS, JavaScript – and ideally dabbled in TypeScript and React or Vue.js.
• You are curious, eager to learn, and work in a structured and thoughtful way.
• You communicate clearly and respectfully – in German and English.

• Build modern web applications using technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, together with your team.
• Start with small, clearly defined tasks – with close mentoring and support from experienced developers.
• Learn through code reviews, pair programming, and internal trainings.
