Yes. Many Peerigon members work in a hybrid model. The main thing is that you have a good setup and feel comfortable. For a few positions, we currently require that you come to our Augsburg office 1-2 times a week. If this is the case, it will be specifically stated in the job description.

As a full-time employee, you can expect 64 hours of individual training and development and a budget of 1.250 € per year for conference tickets, travel expenses for training, and local accommodation.

Yes. Through our Communication Cycle, each team member receives 360° feedback once a year. You also have the option of choosing how often you would like to have a scheduled follow-up meeting—quarterly, semi-annually, or once a year, depending on your needs. And throughout the rest of the year, we let each other know what we notice.

Fair & transparent. We have salary structures that are based on the market and parameters that enable individual classification into a specific level. The amount depends on your role and experiences, and we discuss this openly early on in the process.
