Job opening | Software Engineer (m/f/d)

• You have several years of professional web development experience, from frontend to backend. You're fluent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, and experienced with Node.js and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• You've worked in agile teams before and are comfortable with Git and automated testing.
• You work with coding agents every day, and they write most of your code. You review their output critically, because it has to be maintainable, tested, and secure, and you know when to ask a senior colleague for a second opinion. You use AI responsibly with regard to client data and energy use.
• You communicate confidently with clients and turn the requirements for your area into clear specs that agents can execute. You have good German skills (at least C1) and a good command of English.
• You support junior colleagues and take a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• You value working in a company that takes social responsibility seriously and operates sustainably.

• Together with the Peerigon team, you build web applications with a modern tech stack, using coding agents. You lead smaller projects and contribute to larger ones, where a senior colleague owns the architecture.
• You take ownership of your tasks and of smaller projects, communicate directly with clients, and work closely with your teammates.
• You work independently on defined areas of a project and ask senior colleagues for input, especially on architecture decisions for complex systems. Automated software tests, reviews by agents, and peer reviews form a proven safety net.
• You contribute to code quality and project success by specifying, testing, and verifying what agents produce.
