Job Opening | HR Manager (m/f/d)

As a human resources manager and developer, you will promote, support and accompany the Peerigon team and help us to attract new talent.
What awaits you
You will initially work part-time (approx. 20 hours per week in Augsburg) and will be the contact person for our employees for all personnel-related questions from A to Z.
- Approx. 20 hours per week (with the possibility of an increase) in Augsburg and remotely.
- Support in day-to-day operations and joint development of strategic concepts In Recruiting, you will take care of directly addressing suitable candidates (and ideally keep an eye on topics such as promoting diversity).
- You are flexible in terms of time and take over e.g. screenings, telephone interviews, preliminary talks.
- You prepare employment contracts and references, answer HR-related questions from the team, and ensure that processes such as onboarding and offboarding of team members run smoothly.
- You are responsible for the preparatory payroll accounting and are there to answer operational team questions.
- You accompany our 360° feedback and promotion meetings.
- You are enthusiastic about developments in the area of new work, talent management, and company culture.
Your Profile
- Studies or training in the field of personnel management, industrial psychology, or comparable.
- At least three years experience in human resources management and development or comparable qualifications
- Experience in payroll accounting
- Time flexibility for interviews
- Language affinity and strong communication skills in both written and spoken German and English
- You are open-minded and approach people empathetically
- You show empathy, work in a structured manner, and approach challenges proactively
- You ideally already have experience in an agile company/company with dynamic corporate structures (e.g. start-up, agency, digital economy, or similar)
